Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in Corporate/Enterprise Sales within the IT Software, AIoT and Networking domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, including at least 2 years in the GCC market, preferably the UAE, selling integrated systems directly to end users. The role demands a proactive, target-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is ready to work in bachelor status for an initial period.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the IT Software/Networking domain.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within the enterprise/corporate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, key decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and proposals.
- Track sales performance, forecast revenues, and prepare periodic reports.
- Travel across the GCC region as required for client meetings, presentations, and project follow-ups.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate/Enterprise Sales in IT Software/Networking.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the GCC market, preferably UAE, with system integration sales.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Language & Nationality Preferences:
Arabic-speaking candidates from Syria, Jordan, or Sudan are preferred but not essential.
Other Requirements:
Must be male (as per the nature of role and accommodations).
Must possess a valid GCC driving license and have a personal car.
Must be willing to work in bachelor status for at least 1 year.
Must be willing to travel across GCC countries as part of the role.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
